Covid-19 guidelines and action plan

Most Covid-19 restrictions have now been lifted in England. However, with case numbers high and rising, it remains vitally important that we all act responsibly and cautiously to keep everyone at our events and activities safe.

If you develop Covid-19 symptoms, self-isolate immediately and get a PCR test, even if your symptoms are mild. Under no circumstances should you attend or take part in any Bigfoot Youth activities or events if you have symptoms of Covid-19 or have been asked to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace. This remains the law, regardless of your vaccination status.

The latest Covid-19 guidance from British Cycling can be found here.

We are in the process of updating our club Covid-19 action plans for each branch, and these will be published here when available.

Cancelling your pre-registration

If you have pre-registered a place at a coaching session but can no longer attend, please remember to cancel your registration to free up the place for another club member. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the club coaching calendar at

  2. Find the session you can no longer attend. If you are booked on the session and logged into your child's British Cycling account it will say "I'm In" next to the session.

  3. To cancel your registration, click on the X next to "I'm in", then click CONFIRM on the dialogue box. You will receive a confirmation email.
