The Team Cup – Sunday 7 October

posted 28 Sept 2018, 07:44 by Phil Shemmings   [ updated 28 Sept 2018, 07:46 ]
The Team Cup is a new event for this year. Riders from four local Go-Ride clubs will take part in a round of the London Cyclocross League on Sunday 7 October. Each rider takes part as an individual, scoring points towards their club's total.

We're keen to get a good turnout from our young Bigfoot riders, to take on teams from Penge CC, Limited Edition CC and Herne Hill Youth – and hopefully win!

We want girls and boys from our club racing in all the age categories, whether or not they've raced in the South London Go-Ride Racing League this year.

The Team Cup rules are simple – you ride as individuals, not as a team, the best placed riders from each club score points, the team with the most points wins!

There are two cups: one Team Cup reserved for riders who have taken part in this year's South London Go-Ride Racing League and another Team Cup where all riders in our club can help us to win!

This is a cyclocross race that takes place on grass and mountain bike trails.
