Winter is coming and that means only one thing – the Club Cluster Training road bike training sessions return to Herne Hill Velodrome every Thursday night, from 8th October, until 31st March. Sign on is open from 7pm, be ready to ride at 7.20pm, session finishes at 9pm. Cost is £3.
These sessions are open to riders of a racing level from South East region, born between 1998 and 2003 (2016 U14, U16 and Junior categories).
Those of you who have been before will know these are a great benefit, and a vital part of your winter training. They are physically challenging sessions, working on fitness, race techniques and skills. We will split into multiple groups to cater for different ages and abilities.
The sessions will build slightly in speed and complexity as the season progresses. We will also cover different techniques, and build on previously-covered techniques, so please do come regularly to these sessions.

There are also equivalent sessions on Tuesday nights at the Cyclopark for those who can't get to Herne Hill on a Thursday.
