![]() The rides will be in groups of varying speeds to suit all riders who fancy giving it a go - with a series of preparatory rides to help build stamina and confidence. Some young riders may do a few of the shorter rides this year and complete the challenge next year. It's totally up to you what you do. This year we are adding a new level of challenge for our strongest riders - a series of longer training rides, leading to the opportunity to ride Hayes - Brighton - Hayes in one day! All Young Riders need to be accompanied and supervised by a parent / friend of the family. Youth CC Riders may use Ride Buddies under usual arrangements. Interested? (Brighton Day) - Sunday 3/5/15 - start in Hayes - 54 miles to Brighton, or go part way back 73 miles or all the way back to Hayes 108 miles - rides start 8:00 am (provisional) Dear Ride Buddies We will probably have 6+ ride groups each day - some with novice adult riders - so we need help leading rides and as lantern rouge.
