Bigfoot Go-Ride is holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday 18 March 2016, and we'd welcome as many parents, children and volunteers as possible to come along, have your say, and vote on the important matters raised.

This year the focus will be on "Building on Success" and the agenda will include a review of the year, and an open discussion on future plans for the club.

We'll also be electing officers to key committee posts and other roles, and voting on some proposed changes to the constitution.

If you'd like to stand for election to any of the club roles, or if you'd like any specific issues to be discussed, then download and complete our nomination form.

Who can attend and vote?

• Each of our child and young adult (under 18) club members, accompanied by their parent, carer or guardian (Their parent, carer or guardian is to vote on their behalf, and may of course attend without their child!)

• Any active adult volunteer with the club (in any capacity)

If you are both an active adult volunteer and have children at the club – you may vote once for each child and once as an active adult volunteer (but you'll need to complete the form below twice).
